Applications
Applications include lubricating oils and antifreeze. Confirm material properties and process conditions before selecting the equipment configuration.
Piston filling and integrated capping for compatible lubricant products.
Automatic filling and capping for compatible automotive coolant formulations.
Packaging of suitable liquid additives within the published volume and container range.
Additional pumpable liquids after viscosity, materials and closure trials.
Working Principle
The process route is selected around the material and product targets.
Containers from 40–110 mm in diameter and 80–320 mm in height enter the rotary machine.
The operator selects a stored filling specification or adjusts the target from the touchscreen.
PLC control coordinates the piston cylinders, with broad adjustment across all heads and fine adjustment at each individual head.
The capping section sorts, feeds and applies caps in synchronization with bottle movement.
Claw-type cap positioning supports stable closure application without damaging bottles or caps.
Filled and capped containers leave the machine for downstream inspection, labeling or case packing.
Performance Highlights
Final performance remains dependent on feed properties and engineering confirmation.
Twenty piston filling heads and eight capping heads combine filling and closure application in one machine.
Filling specifications are changed through the touchscreen, with stored recipes available for repeat production.
All 20 filling heads can be adjusted together while each head also supports fine correction.
Piston-cylinder inlet and outlet actions are controlled electronically for repeatable operation.
Bottle infeed, cap sorting, cap feeding, cap application, capping and bottle discharge operate as one coordinated process.
Claw positioning is designed to avoid damage to bottles and caps while maintaining a high capping rate.
Stepless frequency control allows the machine speed to be matched with the surrounding line.
The published design collects filling vapors and residual liquid to reduce workshop contamination.
Protected machine sections support production-area cleaning and routine maintenance.
The machine accepts the published bottle-diameter, bottle-height and filling-volume ranges.
The source describes smooth running, low noise, long component life and polished external surfaces.
System Configuration
Core equipment and auxiliary systems are selected around the process duty.
Indexes containers continuously through filling and capping.
Provide the specified 50–1000 ml filling range.
Manage filling recipes, group adjustment and individual-head correction.
Prepare and deliver closures to the synchronized capping section.
Position and tighten caps while protecting the bottle and closure.
Adjusts production speed for line matching.
Collects process emissions and residual liquid around the filling area.
Connect the integrated unit with upstream bottle handling and downstream packaging equipment.
