Working Principle
The process route is selected around the material and product targets.
Suspension enters the rotating basket through the feed pipe until the programmed charge is reached.
Liquid passes through the filter cloth and exits through the liquid outlet while solids form a cake.
Wash liquid is applied to the retained cake and removed through the filtration path.
The basket continues rotating until the cake reaches the required separation target.
The centrifuge slows and the automatic scraper directs the cake through the bottom outlet.
At lower speed, the pneumatic pull-bag device reciprocates to shake off residual cake and restore the filter cloth.

CIP online cleaning, atomized spray washing, spray balls or pipes, filter-cloth washing and optional pulse cleaning.
