Batch kneading with screw discharge
Screw-Discharge Z-Blade Kneader Mixer (500 L)
The 500 L screw-discharge Z-blade kneader mixer uses bottom screw extrusion discharge. Its kneading section, hydraulic mechanisms, drive and electrical controls work together to compound and unload viscous materials.
- Bottom discharge by screw extrusion.
- Five main assemblies: kneading section, base, hydraulics, drive and electrical controls.
- Manual or automatic control, with optional variable-frequency speed adjustment.
- Mixing tools

The supplied technical sheet covers the complete 5–2000 L series. Columns describe separate sizes; vacuum and pressure values apply to the corresponding configurations. Usable batch volume depends on the material and configuration.
The size in the product name identifies the catalogue selection. Usable working volume and operating ratings are established for the quoted configuration.
Z-Blade Mixing Principle
The blades knead the material inside the chamber before it is discharged through the lower screw. Bottom discharge links mixing and unloading within the same machine.
The drive consists of a motor, gear reducer and gears. Power passes through a flexible coupling to the reducer and then to the mixing blades. Manual or automatic electrical control can be specified, with a variable-frequency drive (VFD) available for speed adjustment.
Screw-Discharge Z-Blade Kneader Mixer (500 L)
The equipment comprises a kneading section, base, hydraulic system, drive system and electrical control system. The kneading section includes the chamber, blade shafts, end plates and cover. A hydraulic power unit operates the cylinders for cover opening, closing and related mechanisms.
Hydraulic cylinders operate the main cover and associated flap mechanisms. The drive is matched to the kneading vessel size, while manual or automatic control is selected for the required operating procedure.
Applications
Typical duties for Z-blade mixing include adhesive and sealant compounds, rubber-based mixtures and filled pastes. Material compatibility, cleaning needs and the required mixing result guide equipment selection; these examples describe process families rather than a validated recipe for every machine.
Working volume, motor power, heating method and discharge configuration are selected according to the material and required batch size. Share the formulation, viscosity, ingredient addition sequence and intended unloading method when requesting a quotation.
