Working Principle
The process route is selected around the material and product targets.
With the basket rotating at low to medium speed, feed enters through the center pipe and is distributed evenly across the filter-bag surface.
The liquid phase passes through the filter cloth, screen slots and basket perforations to the filtrate outlet, while solids form an annular cake.
After feeding, the basket accelerates for initial dewatering. Wash liquid can then be introduced through the feed line according to the process recipe.
A second high-speed stage removes additional liquid and brings the washed cake to the specified residual-moisture target.
At discharge speed, the push plate travels outward and turns the filter bag inside out. The cake separates from the cloth and exits under centrifugal force and gravity.
After discharge, the filter bag returns to its operating position and the centrifuge is ready for the next automatic cycle.
