Working Principle
The process route is selected around the material and product targets.
Charge the suspension into the horizontal rotating basket while the cake-layer controller regulates cake thickness and helps prevent overload or material carryover.
Centrifugal force drives the liquid through the filter medium. The retained cake can be washed according to the programmed process recipe.
Continue high-speed rotation to reduce cake moisture before discharge.
A hydraulically actuated wide scraper with replaceable carbide blade removes the cake smoothly and efficiently.
The screw discharge arrangement collects and conveys the solids, while blowback assists filter-medium regeneration before the next automatic cycle.
