The table summarizes the available technical parameters. Final equipment selection and utility requirements must be confirmed for the material and project.
Applications
Applications include wet granules and powders for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and feed production. Confirm material properties and process conditions before selecting the equipment configuration.
Wet granules, tablet granules, pharmaceutical intermediates and traditional medicine granules.
Food granules, nutritional ingredients and powder materials.
Chemical granules, fine chemical materials and powder products.
Feed additives and granular feed materials.
Extruded granules, wet mixed granules, large particles, small blocks, sticky granular materials and materials with volume change during drying.
Working Principle
The batch sequence combines conditioned airflow and mechanical stirring to maintain material movement and uniform drying.
Air is filtered and heated before the induced draft fan introduces it into the lower chamber.
Hot air passes through the perforated distribution plate. Airflow, negative pressure and internal stirring establish fluidization and reduce agglomeration.
Hot air contacts the material directly, transfers heat and carries evaporated moisture through the exhaust route.
Dried material leaves through the unloading system. Automatic feeding and discharge can be configured when required.
Key Features
Actual drying time and performance depend on material properties, loading and operating conditions.
Intensive contact between heated air and fluidized material supports rapid moisture evaporation and uniform drying.
The combination of controlled airflow and mixing helps maintain consistent drying conditions throughout the batch.
The stirring device helps prevent wet material from forming lumps and reduces channeling during drying.
Enclosed negative-pressure operation, filtered airflow, hygienic construction and an easy-cleaning structure support GMP-oriented production.
Tipping discharge supports fast, complete unloading; automatic loading and unloading can be configured.
The system can process suitable materials with different particle sizes and moisture characteristics.
Typical drying time is 15–30 min, depending on materialutes, depending on material properties and process conditions.
