Top exhaust pressure spray drying
Top-Exhaust Pressure Spray Dryer is designed for drying liquid materials such as solutions, suspensions, and emulsions into uniform powder or granular products.
The feed material is delivered by a high-pressure pump to the atomizer (spray nozzle) installed inside the distributor at the top of the drying tower. The high-pressure spray system atomizes the liquid into fine droplets, which enter the high-speed drying air stream and are dried into particles during the downward movement through the drying chamber and integrated fluidized bed.
This spray dryer is widely used for applications requiring controlled particle size, improved powder flowability, and enhanced product quality.
