Working Principle
Purified heated air passes upward through the material layer, suspending wet particles and creating intensive heat and mass transfer.
Ambient air is filtered and heated to the required process temperature before entering through the air-distribution system.
Upward airflow suspends the wet particles and maintains continuous contact between hot air and the particle surfaces.
Evaporated moisture leaves with the exhaust air, while the dust-collection system separates entrained fine particles.
After the required moisture content is reached, dried material is discharged for the next production stage.

Process Flow
The process route combines prepared air, vertical fluidization, moisture removal and fine-particle collection.
Wet granules or powder are introduced into the product container.
Ambient air passes through the configured filtration stage.
Clean air is heated to the required process temperature.
Upward airflow suspends the wet material inside the drying chamber.
Hot air contacts moving particle surfaces and supplies the required drying energy.
Evaporated moisture is carried from the chamber by the exhaust airflow.
Entrained fine particles are separated before the exhaust air is discharged.
Dried material is removed after reaching the specified moisture content.
